The purpose of the Masterclass Series is to stretch coaches and to share with them some of my coaching experience and knowledge. The first two workbooks – the Modern Coach and the Modern Head Coach – start the process but I felt the need to include one Workbook for those coaches who, like me, are in love with the challenge of coaching and want to excel – and become a ‘Class Act’.
I am grateful to those coaches who ran clinics where I increased my technical and tactical knowledge but I will never forget those coaches who fired my imagination with ‘class act’ coaching stories. To that end I purposely include more stories and short Case Studies than exercises in this particular workbook.
I also recommend coaches to work their way through the reading list at the end of the Workbook.
